Payment Methods

We accept payments via credit and debit cards. Your payment information is securely handled—please refer to the privacy policy for further details.

VAT and Taxes

All artworks are exempt from VAT in Norway. However, any additional taxes, VAT, or duties required in the recipient's country are the buyer's responsibility.
In Norway, original artworks and limited-edition prints created by the artist that cost over NOK 2,000 are subject to a 5% Norwegian art tax. This tax is already included in the listed price.

RETURNS

While I hope you’ll be delighted with your chosen artwork, I offer a 21-day open purchase policy in case you change your mind.

Please note that the colors of the artwork may differ slightly from what you see on your screen due to variations in display settings.

How to Return

If you wish to return an artwork, please contact Farina at atelier.ecke@gmail.com within 21 days of receiving your order.

  • The artwork must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

The customer is responsible for ensuring the safe return of the artwork to the artist. Please obtain a receipt from the courier service as proof of shipment. Refunds will be issued to your bank account within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged Items

If the package or artwork arrives damaged:

  • Notify the courier immediately and request a damage report.

  • Contact Farina at atelier.ecke@gmail.com within 48 hours.

Your satisfaction is important, and I will do my best to assist with any issues.

Warranty

All purchases are covered by a 24-month warranty. If the artwork does not meet the quality standard at the time of purchase, it may be replaced, refunded, or discounted based on the situation.

SHIPPING

All prints are carefully wrapped in protective tissue paper and rolled for shipping in sturdy cardboard tubes.

Shipping zones

Norway: Shipping is free of charge.

Europe: Shipping is available at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.
If the delivery of your products is delayed, we will notify you as soon as we are aware, providing information about when delivery can occur or if the product(s) are out of stock. You will have the option to maintain your order, set a new delivery date, or cancel the order for a full refund.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Norway: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

I will do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but please note that they cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays with carriers.
Unclaimed packages are returned to us by the postal service after approximately 14 days. We take responsibility for the products until they are in your possession, meaning when you have received them.
