Press pause to unleash play
Join us at Leela for a day retreat dedicated to exploring creativity and playfulness through yoga and clay. No previous experience required! All you need is your body, mind and hands.
Autumn is a beautiful season for slowing down. The darker days can be an opportunity to reflect and look back at what we have been nurturing the past year. It’s also the perfect time to remind ourselves that in a society constantly busy, we are allowed to take a break, and remember to play.
About the day
We will start off the day with a vinyasa yoga flow, waking up the body and the mind with a practice centered around awakening our creative self.
After lunch, we’ll explore different hand-building pottery techniques, each offering a unique tactile experience. In this autumn edition, we’ll also get to experiment with underglaze motifs, imprints and colours. Your favorite piece will be ready for collection after the event, once it’s been fired and glazed for you.
We will close the day with a grounding yoga nidra.

Only 9 spots.
A delicious healthy lunch will be included, with options for dietary requirements.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day. For participants of the workshops, the neighbouring café Fuglen offers a 20% discount on coffee.

About us
Mia is an architect and vinyasa yoga teacher. When she is not in the office you might find her teaching at Leela Gamlebyen, Joy Yoga, or maybe on a rooftop somewhere. She loves bringing a playfulness into her yoga classes, as well as reminding us to be kind to ourselves. She is excited to start off with an open minded flow, encouraging you to step out of your comfort zone.
Marine is a trained scientist and has been working with ceramics for over five years. Inspired by natural palettes and organic forms, she enjoys experimenting with various types of clay and textures. In her workshop, she thrives on creating a warm and friendly environment where anyone can have fun exploring shapes, colours, and motifs freely.
Farina is an artist with a background in architecture. She loves exploring creativity and emotions through painting. When she is not wandering around nature, you might find her at different markets in Oslo where she is exhibiting her paintings. She has a natural gift for creating a space where you feel safe enough to express yourself. She also loves a big hug!
Victoria is a landscape architect who also studies systems thinking in her free time and is training to become a yoga nidra instructor. She believes that rest and play are essential to a balanced life. Passionate about practices that help us ground and regenerate our nervous systems, she is looking forward to guide you through a yoga nidra class during the workshop.
